Mennonite Village is pleased to introduce Executive Chef Cody Martin. As a child, Chef Martin was inspired by the chefs who worked at his grandmother's restaurants in Southern Oregon. During high school, he developed a passion for local, sustainable, farm-to-table cooking inspired by Alice Waters of Chez Panisse.
Now, with more than 20 years of experience, Chef Martin has a wealth of knowledge he is eager to share with his staff and colleagues. He is committed to providing exceptional dining experiences for the residents and employees at Mennonite Village.
Chef Martin lives in Philomath with his wife, Amy, and their boys, Daylan, Dorian, and Taylor. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and boating with family and friends.
